Quality Assurance Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time
Location: Remote

The Role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be reporting to the QA Manager. You will be responsible for executing Snoop’s QA strategy, both manual and automation (using Tricentis Tosca) for the iOS and Android Apps. An integral part of a cross – functional delivery team where you’ll draw on your experience with automation-first strategy, continuous delivery, and test-driven development to deliver high-quality software. Ensuring a seamless and exceptional user experience for all our customers.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:
Collaborate within Quality Assurance team to test new functionality on Snoop and VBG app
Adopt an automation-first approach, focusing on test automation for both new feature development and regression
Create new regression tests, both manual and automated
Perform end-to-end test execution for all features in the apps
Identify, raise, and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle
Leverage industry-leading tools to streamline test strategy creation, execution, and monitoring
Contribute to the overall QA strategy
Engage with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Conduct non-functional testin
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience using Tricentis Tosca commander for automation
Professional experience writing automated tests using Selenium with Java
A working experience of web and mobile application testing and assurance
Experience defining testing strategies as part of an Agile cross-functional delivery team
Proficient in writing test cases
Experience in working with and writing acceptance criteria in a BDD format
Experience of API testing and knowledge of JSON and XML
Experience working with Agile AQ tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail (or equivalent), Charles, Fiddler (or equivalent), DBeaver (or equivalent), Automation testing such as Selenium, BrowserStack
The interview process:
30-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
20-minute virtual call with the hiring manager
1hour virtual technical and competency based interview
