Location: remote

You and Your Team:

Accountable for building and maintaining all revenue-generating partnerships for switching services and affiliate opportunities including MoneySuperMarket, GoCompare, HSBC, Natwest and Candid. These partners account for half of Snoop’s revenue This includes scoping potential opportunities, commercial analysis, contracting and partner onboarding, coordinating business readiness and onboarding for new partners, and relationship management of existing partners.


You have a close working relationship with the Marketing function, who support commercial partnerships through devising potential affiliate partnerships to target, publishing content, and enabling tracking and reporting. You also work alongside the Product and Customer Operations functions.


This is a role that contributes to the continuous growth of the Snoop business by working towards ambitious switching and affiliate targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • · Leading the successful onboarding of new partners, including coordinating the establishment of tracking and reporting
  • · Managing partner relationships, including scheduling and attending regular calls, resolving issues that arise, invoicing, and contract amendments
  • · Answering in-bound enquiries from potential partners and running introductory meetings
  • · Reporting on commercial performance and ownership of all partner reporting dashboards, including the completion of daily updates of Snoop’s ‘Initiative Tracker’, and managing commercial sales data inputs into Amplitude
  • · Managing Snoop’s memberships to the affiliate networks.
  • · Delivering a great customer experience for all of Snoop’s switching and affiliate partners
  • · Interpreting commercial data and customer insights to suggest adjustments to commercial journeys
  • · Monitoring commercial performance to inform/contribute to content priorities
  • · Ensuring all switching and affiliate partnerships are brought to market in adherence with Snoop’s risk and legal appetite and within the bounds of customer permissions.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning and optimisation of partners across all Snoop verticals.
  • · Building a healthy pipeline of prospective targets for affiliate partnerships
  • Accountable for ensuring the day-to-day performance of new business volumes vs the financial plan through ongoing partner negotiation and management.
  • Identification and delivery of new cost or growth opportunities for each partner.
  • Schedule monthly and quarterly business reviews to understand and drive performance.
  • Lead day to day partner engagement to ensure the smooth running of all partnerships.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to effectively prioritise and deliver on projects which allow the partnerships to grow.
  • Quickly resolve issues impacting partners or escalate where required to ensure speedy resolution and minimal impact to performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring all relevant Consumer Duty regulation is met.


Problem Solving

  • Responsible for managing the performance vs. plan to make sure each vertical hits required targets
  • Manage the timelines, tasks and requirements of partner onboarding
  • Lead the resolution of issues that arise in partner relationships, including customer queries, switching panel expansion, content approvals, reporting delays or discrepancies and partner journey changes
  • Develop deep knowledge of partner businesses with ability to identify additional value and opportunities, making clear business cases and recommendations to gain senior buy in
  • Develop and use insights and expertise on competitor movements whilst staying up-to-date with the latest Fintech and personal finance landscape using insights to inform partnerships and drive changes to the strategy as appropriate
  • Be responsible for optimising existing partners whilst exploring and on boarding new partners making clear business cases and recommendations for change for senior approval as required

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong project management skills and highly organised
  • Highly numerate with the ability to identify and quantify opportunities and impacts.
  • Commercially astute and numbers focused.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience of leading commercial negotiations with third parties.
  • Strong team player with impeccable communication and organisation skills. Being part of a small team means taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and to tight deadlines.
  • Time management and prioritisation - ability to prioritise workload, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partnership implementation to bring new switching and affiliate opportunities to life.
  • Build strong partner relationships to maintain a positive partners experience and avoid communication or partnership breakdown.
  • Work collaboratively across the editorial and product teams to drive results.


Impact

  • Be a welcoming ‘front door’ to Snoop for prospective affiliate partners, demonstrating Snoop’s culture, professionalism and the strength of the Snoop offering to partners.
  • Be in the detail of commercial reporting, identifying errors or opportunities that contribute to Snoop’s revenue.
  • Ensure that Snoop has delivered all contractual obligations to switching and affiliate relationships.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or relevant work experience in business or economics.
  • Previous experience of working with B2B partnerships is essential.
  • Experience in a regulated environment.

The interview process:

  • Up to 30minute telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Up to 60 mins with the hiring team – Competency-based
  • Final interview with the team up to 60 mins – Cultural fit interview
