What is Snoop?
Snoop is a new kind of platform – powered by Open Banking – that helps consumers win in the daily fight to get good value from the businesses they deal with. Consumers don’t have time to check how they’re spending their money every 5 minutes. But Snoop does – Snoop does it all day and is brilliant at it.
Snoop performs three key tasks for its customers:
Snoop’s only goal is to help everyone spend, save and live smarter. Snoop is being built in London and Norwich and launched in April 2020.

We’re looking for a brilliant and creative UX/UI designer, with a passion for their craft and a belief in what Snoop is setting out to achieve, to join the team and start growing our in-house capability.
Our Apps are our pride and joy so you’ll be energetic, driven, super smart and a great problem solver. Someone with a knack of being able to create experiences that keep Snoop fresh, simple to use and market-leading. Critically you’ll also have unreasonably high standards for what is good enough.
With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital /product agency environments and working in native mobile design, we’re looking for someone who wants to continue to evolve the look and feel of Snoop, using customer interactions, analytics and their passion for innovation to push the boundaries of app based experiences.
As a key member of product team you’ll be responsible for supporting end-to-end feature development; from understanding what customers like and dislike about the current experience, building prototypes to enable feature testing, creating designs to support feature development and working with our development team to make sure implementation and design remain aligned throughout the delivery process.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and being a key person in a cross-functional team.
You’ll have demonstrable experience identifying and building user personas, developing and documenting user journeys and flows, wireframe development and prototyping.
You’ll be an expert craftsperson in designing digital product interfaces and keep up-to-date with the latest guidelines from the likes of Google and Apple. Your portfolio should show demonstrable experience of defining and delivering both UX and UI solutions for products.
You’ll be responsible for:
As a successful applicant for this role, you’ll be:
We want you to have the right credentials and experience for the job, but crucially we want to see a thirst for learning and an entrepreneurial spirit. Working in a start-up is a lot of fun and incredibly fulfilling; but it is hard work and without the support and infrastructure that exists in big business. You must be able to thrive in this environment. And whilst you are here to get a job done, we would love you not to feel constrained by your role and get involved where you can, to make Snoop a success.
Please note, all successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory credit and criminal records check as part of our recruitment process.
Salary: £70k to circa £80k plus options (depending on experience)
