Launched in 2020, Snoop is a new kind of platform: an app powered by Open Banking that helps consumers win in the daily fight to get good value from the businesses they deal with.
A product of behavioural science, artificial intelligence and a great deal of teamwork, Snoop’s goal is to help everyone spend, save, and live smarter.
Job description
Snoop’s banking transaction data – when aggregated and fully anonymised – can be invaluable for a range of use cases, including to organisations who examine spending trends in the UK.
We’ve recently started to productise ‘Snoop DataBank’ but are looking for a professional with experience in the data sales ecosystem to help us figure out target partners and our next steps and - most importantly - put them into action!
Our ideal candidate for this role will have data sales account management experience and be capable of working in a multi-disciplinary team. You will take ownership of structuring partnerships and implementing a framework to build and manage a portfolio of data partners.
This is a perfect opportunity to make a difference in an early stage, rapidly growing start up. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be instrumental in helping build Snoop’s commercial roadmap.
As a Data Partnerships Manager at Snoop, you will:
To get partnerships across the line requires someone who is a natural problem-solver. You’ll need focus, grace, tenacity, and follow-through, and be open to and motivated by the challenge.
As the first point of contact for many third-party enquiries and introductory conversations, you’ll be a skilled and genuine communicator, interested in building rapport and credibility with a diverse spectrum of people.
You will be a responsive and resilient partnership builder, with the confidence to rally for Snoop’s interests when required, without losing your cool, your humility or your collaborative approach.
You will require the flexibility and autonomy to juggle and prioritise several different commercial initiatives at once – in tandem able to see the big picture, while aware the devil is in the detail. You’ll be comfortable jumping between complex strategic thinking and tactical, routine tasks.
Ideally, you’ll be interested in digital developments and fintech, and able to turn your hand to a range of activities to support the Snoop commercial team as required.
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
Please note, all successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory credit and criminal records check as part of our recruitment process.
